A perfect complement to the mould-opening tables is our pioneering hydraulic system based on a double-acting cylinder with a manual pump and distributor and the possibility of complete disconnection for manual movement of the moving platform - thanks to the force it generates, the operator is able to open and close any mould (even large and heavy ones or those fitted with sliders) independently and with almost no effort. The safety of working on the moulds, on the other hand, is ensured by fully adjustable sets of angle brackets for fixing the halves of each mould, regardless of its dimensions.

APPLICATION

The mould service table is an indispensable support for any factory or workshop where there is a frequent need to open moulds (in order to perform servicing or maintenance work, insert replacement, etc.). The MT guarantees fast and trouble-free disassembly and reassembly of the mould, increasing working comfort and efficiency and providing free access to all areas of the tool. Not only is ergonomics improved, but - above all - safety and productivity in all mould work. Faster and more efficient mould servicing means less downtime and more profit for the company.

DESIGN

The special design of the table allows quick and easy maintenance and servicing of critical parts of injection and pressure moulds and tools. The frame, based on 6 legs with screw-in swivel feet, is stable and sturdy and allows the tops to be height-adjusted and levelled according to the ground. One of the platforms is fixed, while the other moves easily on linear slides (with protection in the form of a bumper and a lock in the end position). Thick steel plates and a frame with five transverse supports guarantee maximum table stability. As a result, even under a nominal load, the deflection of the table top is negligibly small - which is a key factor for trouble-free opening and reassembly of the mould.

Both sets of platforms are fully rotary, meanwhile user is able to lock their position each 90 degrees. This allows full access to all areas of both halves of the mould for service and maintenance operations. To ensure that the plates rotate smoothly even under heavy load and to prevent the top platform from possibly sliding off the table, we have implemented a special "custom" solution - a ball bearing is milled directly into both plates around the full perimeter and has leaches so that the use of sprays and chemicals does not adversely affect table operation. For complete safety, the top and bottom plates are joined together using a twist-off pin. The table has handles screwed into the corners of the top plate, which make it significantly easier to manipulate the platform (and can be quickly removed if required).

NOTES ON THE TABLE OF VARIANTS:

Each table is available in a basic variant and with a modified design adapted to the installation of our adjustable angle brackets.
MT 1500 / 2000 / 3000 / 4000 realisations with angle brackets for the MT 1500 / 2000 / 3000 / 4000 tables include a 150 mm extension of the tops (so that the angle plates do not take up any space for placing the moulds) with a simultaneous 300 mm extension of the frame.
Due to the size of the moulds and the associated risks, we recommend that MT 6000 / MT 10000 tables are selected exclusively with a variant with an adjustable angle plate system for attaching the two halves of the tools.
Wheel versions are only available for tables with a maximum load capacity of 3,000 kg and do not allow the installation of an optional tool cabinet.
For all table variants, we offer the possibility to include the additional options listed below.

Set of 4 Rhino Foot magnetic feet for tool-free placing of moulds with protruding parts or for safer placing of moulds than on pallets - patented product with a load capacity of up to 3T / 1 pc. (= 12T / set) and height 50/75/100 mm,
