Side curtains prevent moldings from falling out of the machine area. They expand and retract with the cycle of the injection molding machine. Convenient and universal magnet attachment is provided. We offer many size variants. Our curtains are distinguished by very long life (even with very short cycle times) and high mechanical and thermal resistance.
We also offer custom-made sleeves and chutes for molds. Thanks to them, all moldings go to the intended place (e.g. to the carton or conveyor belt). At the same time, they protect products from damage due to falling and prevent moldings from being scattered under the mold in unforeseen nooks and crannies.
Rhino Foot magnetic stands are a product that will find use in any mold shop. They make it possible to quickly and fully securely position the mold on an elevated vertical position. They eliminate the risk of damage during handling, transportation or storage of injection molds, while saving space. The feet are available in different heights (50/75/100 mm) and have a load capacity of up to 3,000 kg.
A very interesting novelty is a rack for storing and dispensing dyes, granulates, etc. On a common rack are placed 20 transparent containers (up to 25 kg), which can be easily pulled out and precisely dispense loose material. The use of our rack allows you to significantly improve the organization of your warehouse by collecting in one place and segregating various dyes or granules, which will no longer take up unnecessary space or even get lost. What's more, the materials will not get dirty or spilled - which is sometimes a common cause of loss.
